- Achieved 75% growth YOY for DTC channels collaborating closely on new tactics & systems with digital function. 

- Developed & implemented digital marketing campaign playbook, including campaign phases and full marketing funnels tactics.

- Developed new digital consumer journey strategy with UX team, including successful web relaunch. 

- Created new campaign & launch brief template in close collaboration with brand & ops to improve brand impact.

- Co-founded The Athletic Community brand. Co-created the PDX airport carpet.

- Led brand strategy, branding & messaging for all assets and integrated marketing plan for all communication channels.

- Recruited & managed 6 to 8 direct reports in creative, product design, sales, retail & ops. Managed 10+ outside vendors & agencies.

- Oversaw e-com UX, SEO, emails campaign, and growth of social media channels. Build 65k subscribers list & 45k social followers..

- Successfully raised VC fund and completed acquisition in 2018.

- Led brand partnership including Strava and successfully supported brand impact at key global marathons for 3 years.
