LET’S BUILD YOUR BRAND TOGETHER.

Julie is a brand strategist & marketing expert with ten years of experience working for local & global brands. Her work ranges from helping brands define their structure and value, creating global campaigns, and launching innovative products to empowering them with insight and strategy that resonates with their consumers, current & future.

Julie's journey started in France: After graduating from Law School with a master's degree, she set her law career on pause to dedicate a year to her Olympic dream thru the Olympic trial in 2012. She earned multiple national and international titles during her athletic career as a mountain biker and road cyclist.

After the Olympic trial, she became a writer for France's most prominent mountain bike magazine. She moved to the USA in 2012 and co-founded The Athletic Community, a small business that flourished thanks to the PDX airport carpet socks - a legend she started with her partners in 2013 that keep on living in the NBA with the Portland Trail Blazer. This time was filled with fun collaborations with brands such as StravaSubaruRapha, and House Industries. Over the years, she also had the opportunity to do some projects for RaphaBridge & Burn, and Wildfang. On the agency side, she did contract work for Wieden & Kennedy with Yoplait and Travel Oregon.

In 2019, after working with an investment fund for three years, the business she co-founded was acquired, and it was time to look ahead to a new chapter of her life. She helped local small businesses as a consultant in Portland for a while and eventually got recruited at Specialized Bicycle Corporation in California, the world leader in e-bikes, to be the Global Marketing Brand Manager for Equipment. During her time, she led a series of special projects & collaborations, including with the Swedish outdoor leader Fjallraven, and learned to pronounce Fjallraven perfectly in the process.

As part of continuing education, Julie completed design & art direction classes at Pacific Northwest College of Art. More recently, she graduated from the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. Julie also received training & coaching from the School Of Ideas, a strategy training firm for brand leaders.
